In North Carolina, every policy has “Uninsured Motorist” coverage for this exact situation. Your auto insurance will cover your care under your Uninsured Motorist policy.
Should I go to the hospital first?
If you have life-threatening injuries or injuries that require emergency medical care, you should go to the emergency department or an urgent care center first. Otherwise, it is not necessary to go to the hospital before starting chiropractic care.
Can you offer me legal advice?
