Next comes your adjustment, which will be custom to what your body needs. We utilize a variety of techniques depending on what will work best for you. If you’re nervous about receiving an adjustment, we’ll do our best to walk you through the entire process so there are never any surprises. While not everyone does, if you hear a ‘popping’ sound, that’s entirely normal. The goal of an adjustment is to restore motion into the joints of the spine.

After the adjustment, most people feel great! Some patients may feel soreness in the adjusted area, but this typically dissipates in just a few hours. Most patients report that they notice more relaxed and have less muscle tension.
